Terms of Use

These terms apply to apps and digital projects by Alex Lee unless a specific app provides separate terms.

Using the Apps

• Use the apps responsibly and follow applicable laws.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise the apps or related services.
• Some features may require Apple services, network access, permissions, purchases, ads, or third-party SDKs.

Apple App Store Terms

Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s standard terms, including Apple’s standard End User License Agreement unless a specific app provides a custom EULA.

Purchases

In-app purchases, subscriptions, consumables, trials, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID and the App Store. Availability, pricing, and features may vary by app, region, and version.

Entertainment, Utility, and Information

Games, quote apps, divination apps, novelty apps, education apps, and utilities are provided for entertainment, learning, reflection, cleanup, or convenience. They are not professional medical, financial, legal, safety, or mental-health advice.

Photos and Media

Apps that process photos, videos, faces, or camera-roll content are tools for your own media. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to process, share, publish, or delete anything you use with the apps.

Changes and Availability

Features may change, be removed, or stop working because of updates, platform changes, third-party services, or technical issues. Apps are provided as available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the apps are provided without warranties of any kind. Alex Lee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the apps.
